In this day and age, most of us live sedentary lifestyles. As sad as it is, we spend the majority of our time staring at the computer or TV screen. While it's easy to forget to walk around every couple of hours, it's not the best for our bodies.
If you find a break in your day, try the following four exercises- right at your desk chair. If you feel uncomfortable doing them at work or school, try them when you get home!
