These personal pita pizzas are super easy, fairly healthy and take only a handful of ingredients. Buy one pack of pitas, and eat for a week, or feed all your hungry friends.
2/3 cup marinara sauce
1 ounce cheddar cheese
2 ounces mozzarella
Other toppings as desired
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread marinara on pita and top with cheese and other desired ingredients. Bake for seven minutes or until cheese is melted.
