This list of totally unhealthy fast food meals for kids is a lot more worrisome when you keep in mind that it is recommended that children intake a maximum of 2,000 calories, 20 grams of saturated fat, and 2,400 milligrams of sodium per day. All of the meals on this list provide around 1/3 of the recommended daily value for calories alone. Kids eat more than ever, and a greater number of those meals are fast food. It's no wonder there is a children's obesity epidemic!

This meal provides kids with 1/3 of the RDA for calories and about 1/2 of the RDA for both saturated fat and sodium--in one sitting! It is a great example of a good rule of thumb to teach kids regarding food: the browner the spread, the less nutritious it is for you!
