Protein Packed Strawberry Banana Smoothie 1 of 11

This amazing smoothie is great for breakfast. Packed with protein, it's a healthy way to start the day, and great for those using smoothies to kick off their weight loss plan!

Blend together:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 peeled and chopped frozen banana 
  • 2 tbs protein powder
  • 1 1/2 tbs flax seed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
