Turn a beach ball into a great pool exercise tool!

  • Lay flat on the ball and wrap your arms around it like you're hugging it.
  • Spin your body around until you get back to the point at which you started.
  • Use your feet and neck to help gain momentum.
  • Repeat this 10 times, rest, and complete two more sets.
