This common teenage problem is often due to more than just hormones. If you're not getting enough vitamin A, B6, B2, or C, you could be asking for skin breakouts. Try adding more vegetables, such as

  • asparagus
  • avocado
  • bell peppers
  • carrots
  • cucumbers

to your diet. For an extra boost in vitamin C, eat plenty of citrus fruits. You should also consider taking a multivitamin supplement.
