If you want the kind of smoking body that Brooke flaunts, you're in luck! With her new set of DVDs you just might have that chance. Inspired by trainer Gregory Joujon-Roche, these two routines titled 'Tone & Tighten' and 'Strengthen & Condition' will get you in that kind of shape. Here's a sample exercise.
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, elbows bent, hands clasped in front of chest.
- Cross right leg behind left, stepping right foot out to left, and then bend both knees about 90 degrees to lower into a curtsy.
- Return to start; switch legs and repeat.
- Complete four sets of 20 reps
