Even though tomatoes, which are healthy by themselves, are the primary ingredients in ketchup, this condiment is also packed with sugar and sodium. Most brands go a step further and pump it full of high fructose corn syrup, which is terrible for your health. You may not be overly concerned with such matters if you're already eating French fries and a burger, but at least try to find a brand without high fructose corn syrup.
