What Shouldn't You Do on Thanksgiving?

Give Thanks for... 1 of 10

Most families enjoy going around the table to allow everybody to share what he/she is thankful for. It's a wonderful tradition that helps us remember the true meaning of Thanksgiving and the holiday spirit.

However, some things are probably best kept to yourself, no matter how thankful you are for them. Examples of things you probably shouldn't say in front of your kids, parents, grandparents, cousins, and friends include:

  • "I'm thankful weed is now legal in Colorado and Washington."
  • "I'm thankful I was able to shoplift everyone's Christmas presents."
  • "I'm thankful that STD test came back negative."
