In 1981, Playboy discovered Devin in the "Girls of the SEC" pictorial when she was a freshman at LSU. A few years later, she worked up the nerve to pose nude and was honored as Playboy's Miss June 1985.
That Playboy title earned Devin tons of modeling work (Sears, JC Penney, Montgomery Ward) and a signing with Elite Modeling Agency. She earned an audition on 'Star Search,' never lost an episode, and won the $100,000 grand prize on the hit show. Playboy again featured her -- this time as a celebrity -- on the November 1986 cover (shown above).
