One of the main reasons women don't keep to a regular weight lifting routine is for fear of bulking up. But don't worry, ladies. You lack the testosterone levels that men have, which is what allows them to build large amounts of muscle. You won't be seeing bulging biceps or ballooning quads after a few weeks of intense strength training, you'll just be burning more calories, losing fat and seeing more tone and definition.
