If you just aren't satisfied with the look and size of your breasts, you should try specific exercises to give them a lift. Remember to always wear a supportive sports bra so that you don't cause more damage than good. If you do these workouts correctly and regularly, you'll give a big boost to your bosom!

One of the best workouts for your chest is the pectoral fly.

  • Start by lying down flat on your back with a set of dumbbell weights.
  • Grab a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms straight out to the side of your body, like a "T."
  • Bend your elbows slightly and keep them bent until the set is complete.
  • Raise your arms until they are straight above your chest, and then slowly lower the weights back down until your elbows are even with your shoulders.
  • Repeat the motion until the set is complete.

If you've never worked your chest before, you should start with 5-pound weights and go from there. The perfect weights should be slightly harder to lift by the eighth rep of a set and require all your strength by the tenth rep.
