Certain meat products always felt a little sketchy, and now we know why. Many foods contain "lean finely textured beef" (LFTB) or "boneless lean beef trimmings" (BLBT), which are better known as pink slime. This sludge is commonly used as a filler in school lunches and fast food, but many companies are starting to pull it from their products.
