If you want to start getting up on time, you have to stop using the snooze alarm. That extra few minutes of sleep doesn't really help you feel more rested during the day. No matter how good it feels to defy your alarm and hit that button, it's not worth sinking back into the pillow instead of facing the day. Even worse is when you hit the button multiple times and end up cutting your morning prep time in half. Just say no to snooze!
