On September 25, 1982, 40-year-old former prison guard George Banks went on a town-wide killing spree, murdering 13 people -- seven children & six adults, including five of his own children.

According to psychiatric reports, Banks thinks himself to be in a spiritual fight with an Antichrist living in New York, that Pennsylvania is controlled by the Islamic religion, and that he is at war with President Clinton & Monica Lewinski. Banks was taken off death row after being declared incompetent to be executed.
