In January of 2014 a snowstorm dumped a little over 2 inches of snow on Atlanta, Georgia and paralyzed the city. It resulted in absolute chaos. Roads with thousands of commuters got completely jammed up. Many were stranded in their cars overnight. Others gave up -- they abandoned their cars and walked. Still others spent the night in stores that kept their doors open. Kids were stuck on school buses, or camped out at school. And one woman gave birth to her baby from a stranded car, with the help of her husband and a police officer.
