When it came time for Kim Kardashian to drop the post baby weight, she decided that the Atkins diet was the answer for her. Since she was nursing her baby, she couldn't cut calories too much so Atkins allowed her to get all of the nutrients she wanted, just in a healtheir form, with more protein and less carbs. Some of her favorite things to eat while on the diet were fish, lean cuts of beef, leafy greens such as spinach, broccoli, olive oil, nuts and avocado.
