You probably think you know how to clean, but you've been doing it wrong! Don't worry, we'll let you know the right ways to clean -- they're easier, faster, cheaper and more effective!

Forget using harsh chemicals to clean your oven. There is a much easier and healthier way and thanks to science. Start by removing the oven racks and scraping off any large things that may have spilled. Make a paste out of baking soda and water and spread it all over the inside of the oven with a sponge, except for the heating elements. Let it sit for at least 12 hours.

Once it has set, wipe out most of the baking soda mixture with a damp sponge or cloth. Spray white vinegar into the oven and it will chemically react with the remaining baking soda, foaming up and cleaning up any remaining caked on residue. Wait a few minutes for the magic to work and then wipe it all out. Your oven should be sparkling clean!
