About Herpes
Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) caused by the herpes simplex viruses type 1, or most commonly, type 2. Most people show no, or minimal symptoms from HSV-1 or HSV-2 infection. When the symptoms do appear, it’s usually as blisters on or around the genitals and rectum. The blisters soon break, leaving sores that can take up to a month to heal the first time the occur. More outbreaks can occur months after the first, but are usually shorter and less severe. It is still possible to spread herpes between outbreaks. For this reason, it is imperative that persons infected with herpes always take precautions like wearing a condom to prevent the spread of the disease.
About food allergies
A food allergy is a reaction to a protein in said food. Some switch is triggered which makes your body think the protein is a toxin or something else harmful to the body. The immune system thinks its under attack, and triggers an allergic reaction to protect itself.
About Stress
Stress can be normal or it can grow to dominate our emotions and even cause sickness. If you are living with constant stress try to find out the cause and try to change it instead of just addressing the symptoms. Seek help if you need it!
