Dill pickles contain Vitamin A and Vitamin C. BUT they also have a ton of sodium. There are a lot healthier choices. ChaCha!

The vinegar in pickles is actually good for you. It helps thin your blood out a bit, thus decreasing your chances of stroke. However, they are full of sodium so don't eat too many.

Pickles are great for most diets because not only are they low in calories & fat or fat-free, many versions are also low in sugar.
