Are puzzle pieces required for the Golden Temple to be unlocked on Donkey Kong Country Returns on Wii?
The Golden Temple is the 9th (and last) world of Donkey Kong Country Returns. It is the Lost World in the game. It is unlocked by completing the game and, in order to enter it, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong must collect all eight orbs in the hidden Key Temples. No puzzle pieces are needed.

About Donkey Kong Country Returns
Donkey Kong Country Returns is a reboot of the classic platforming series from Nintendo. The familiar two characters of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are back and fighting off the Kremlings once again. All the barrel blasts, jungle themes, mine carts, and bananas have returned intact to fully recreate the classic DKC experience. It released on November 21, 2010 for the Nintendo Wii.
