Are schools using the Khan Academy?
The Khan Academy is an effort led by Salmon Khan. After he made video tutorials to help his cousin with her math homework, he posted the videos online and received a flood of feedback, so he quit his job to focus full time on the academy. The academy gives a web-based exercise system that generates problems for students based on previous performance. The lectures offered are math, history, finance, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy and economics. The academy has over 2,200 videos. ChaCha
