Call of Duty Black Ops In COD: Black Ops, the above door glitch is located at the staircase to the right. Once you reach the staircase, make sure you are at the right one, which is easily identifiable by the video sequence which is shown to you here. The key to getting in this glitch is by starting at the top of the stairs, facing the archway at the bottom. Then run and jump off the stairs towards the inner side of the archway and press the 'B' button as you do so.
