Are there any upcoming Sonic games?
Sonic the Hedgehog is a video game series released by Sega starring and named after its mascot character, Sonic the Hedgehog. A new Sonic game for the Nintendo 3DS called Sonic Generations is supposed to be released within the next year. ChaCha!

About Sonic Generations
Sonic Generations is an upcoming video game from Sega created in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog. The gameplay comes in both classic 2.5D and new 3D views, and both the old and new version of Sonic will be playable characters. It arrived for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 on November 1, 2011 and for the 3DS on November 22, 2011.
