Are there limits on the amount of hours an employer can work a 16 year old in Nebraska?
Nebraska labor laws for minors only applies to workers under the age of 16. Under state law, minors 14 and 15 years of age are not permitted to work more than 8 hours a day, 48 hours per week, before the hour of 6:00 AM or after the hour of 10:00 PM.
