Are there revlon hair dye that tells you to wet damp your hair before applying the dye?
Permanent hair dyes are supposed to go on dry hair and semi-permanent dyes are supposed to go on damp hair - perhaps that's what helps make them semi-permanent. Revlon ColorSilk Is very good. My guess is that if you are to use color on wet hair, you'd get more of a glaze rather then a perm color. I'd stick to the instructions personally.
