Are you allowed to have a friend in the car, along with a parent while you have your learners permit in Georgia?
According to the Georgia DMV, the permit holder is allowed to drive with a licensed driver at least 21 years old. The licensed driver must be seated in the front seat of the car at all times. It does not specify who else can be in the vehicle.
