Can a 18 year old with a permit drive with a licensed driver that is 18 in Kentucky?
The Indiana DMV only specifies on their website that if you are 18 and older with a learner's permit the front seat driver has to have valid driver's license in their possession and no age requirement. It does not say it has to be an Indiana license. Contact your DMV. ChaCha!
