Can a golfer mark his ball on the green, while another golfer is in the middle of his putt?
On the Pro Golf Association (PGA) website, rule #16 (The Putting Green) says "Always mark your ball by putting a small coin or other marker behind it when you want to pick it up to clean or get it out of another player's way."
