Can a gurgeling stomach be a sign of pregnacy in the first few weeks?
Nausea, or morning sickness, is a common enough sign during the first three months of a pregnancy. Yet, alone, it could be caused by anything. Also, some women do not experience morning sickness with a pregnancy, or it may happen with one pregnancy and not with another.

About Morning Sickness
Morning sickness is a typical symptom of pregnancy. Hormonal changes in the body cause nausea, which is often, but not always, in the morning before the mother has eaten. Not all women have morning sickness with pregnancy, and some women have morning sickness with one pregnancy and not with another. Sometimes certain foods or odors will contribute to morning sickness.
