About Platypus
The platypus is found 'down under' in Australia and Tasmania. It is one of the five species of montremes, mammals who lay eggs. Platypuses eat meat and are an endangered species.
About Pain
Pain is an unpleasant experience we've all felt. Its the feeling we get when a toe gets stubbed, when lemon juice squirts in your eyes, or you forget to wash your hands before you go to the bathroom after cutting-up spicy peppers. It's the body's natural reaction to protect a healing part of the body, and to remind us not to do the thing that hurt us anymore. So pay attention to your body, because contrary to what Patrick Swayze said in 'Roadhouse,' pain does hurt.
