Can an animal get a hangover?
Although most animals do not consume alcohol, some fermented berries or palm trees can produce alcohol which animals like birds, treeshews, or slow lorises then eat. There is no scientific evidence to show the effects of alcohol on the animals, though.

About alcohol
The most commonly used alcohol is ethanol and has been produced and consumed by humans for a millennia, in the form of fermented and distilled alcoholic beverages. As with anything, alcohol can be a great or terrible thing. Ethyl alcohol, or ethanol, is an intoxicating ingredient found in beer, wine, and liquor. Alcohol is produced by the fermentation of yeast, sugars, and starches.
