Can any STD's cause your gums to bleed?
Apparently not. We find no evidence that any STD causes gums to bleed. Bleeding gums can be caused by canker sores, chemotherapy, hormones, tobacco products, and most commonly, gum disease.

It sets out to kill cancer cells but also kills good cells along the way. It cannot determine the good cells from the bad. It must be given in doses because one big dose can actually be fatal.
