Can being very active cause you to miss your period?
Yes. Habitual strenuous exercise can cause a woman to miss her menstrual cycle. Several other things, such as pregnancy, stress, heavy tobacco use, hormonal imbalance, extreme dieting, rapid weight loss/gain, menopause, a brain tumor, and much more can cause a woman to miss her cycle.
