Can cold sores give you lip cancer?
Two sites I trust, Mayo Clinic and WebMD, don't give cancer as a result of cold sores. Cold sores are caused by a virus. Think of it as having the flu that shows up as a sore on your lip. Be well and ChaCha again soon!
