Bloodstream Depending on the blood O2 PP, which in turn depends on the alveolar O2 PP, the Hb molecules may or may not be fully "saturated", or filled to capacity, with oxygen. So yes, air pressure can affect how air is transferred and delivered in your bloodstream.
