Can hydrogen peroxide bleach hair when its black?
Some people have used Hydrogen Peroxide to bleach their own hair. But the results are less than perfect. It often turns hair orange and can damage the hair shaft. Dark hair is much harder to lighten and it is best left to a salon professional to achieve the best results. ChaCha!
