Can I borrow money from the bank to open a bank?
In order to open your own bank, the funds that you have on hand must belong to your bank to be approved by the Federal government. You can not borrow the funds to start a bank and most banks wouldn't loan the money to you if the could. You wouldn't have any collateral to secure the funds. ChaCha
