There'll be orange-blond hair where the highlighting kit has not been used. There's a chance that the highlighted hair will still be an orange hue but is likely that it will be bleached out. It is common for brunettes first bleach treatment to leave an orange tone. In that case is to do a second treatment or gradually add highlights until the color is gone and use a toner.
