Can i buy Starbucks coffee with ebt or foods stamps if it is inside a grocery store in Indiana?
Most fast food (which Starbucks is) places will not accept EBT cards. Prepared foods are not allowed to be purchased. You can purchase soda in the grocery store (cans, bottles), but not at a fast food restaurant. You also cannot get shakes, slurpees, or anything else prepared.

About Fast Food
''Fast food'' has become a regular part of people's vocabulary since the 1950's. The convenient, fast, and relatively cheap prices of fast food restaurants have made them some of the most popular stops for people on the move. Offering typical American foods like burgers, fries, and soft drinks, fast food restaurants have a definite American vibe and foothold.
