Can I deposit a check into my bank account if its not made out to me?
If you want to deposit a check made out to someone, on the back of the check, have that person write the phrase "Pay to the order of" on the top line, print your name on the second line, and then sign their signature on the third line. You will then have to endorse it when you deposit it in your account. ChaCha back soon.
