Can i get a new EBT card at any of DHS branches?
Most DHS branches no longer give out EBT cards. They have you fill out a paper and have it mailed to you. This may not be the case in your area. The Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card is the identification card for the SNAP/Food Stamp Program. On the back is a magnetic strip that works in the machine at the grocery store. ChaCha!
