Can I have a list of high kill animal shelters in Florida?
Look for shelters run by PETA--they kill 80-90% of their animals. Basically, though, any shelter that doesn't call itself a no-kill is probably a high-kill shelter. You can use http://www.petfinder.com to find shelters in your area. ChaCha!
