About klonopin
Klonopin is a sedative/muscle relaxant/anticonvulsant used to treat everything from PTSD and OCD to restless leg syndrome and epilepsy. It is an effective anxiety treatment and can decrease aggression, mania, paranoia and irritability. Klonopin is addictive and has a few drawbacks if taken regularly for over a month including drowsiness and cognitive impairment, which can last up to 6 months after you quit taking the pill. Abusers frequently crush Klonopin and snort it, this is not recommended.
About Sleep
Sleep is necessary for mammals and many other animals, in order to rejuvenate their bodies. During sleep consciousness is lost or reduced and we are less responsive to external activities. Most people need at least 8 hours of sleep per day in order to function at their highest level. Not getting enough sleep can increase the risks of cancer, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
