Can ladybugs bite?

Yes, if agitated a ladybug will attempt to defend itself by biting. The bite is harmless and causes no pain in humans.

Ladybugs can bite aphids, but their mouths are far to small to bite humans or animals. ChaCha again! 242 242

You bet those little critters can bite! They don't have venom or irritating saliva (like mosquitoes, black flies,)but it hurts!:-(
