Can low income adults living in the state of Kentucky who do not have children in their home qualify for a medical card?
If you are over the age of 19, and not a parent or disabled, you cannot qualify for Medicaid. However, if you are disabled, you could qualify for the State Health Insurance Program. Also, check your county or city govt for health programs.SHIP
