Can my puppy get sick from having to many flies on her?
Yes, a puppy can get very sick from fleas. They can drink enough of her blood to cause her to become anemic, and can also infect her with tapeworms. Ticks are just large fleas and can spread lyme disease and Rocky Mountain Fever as well.

Your puppy can definitely get sick from having too many flies on her. Flies carry a lot of bacteria and germs. If flies keep landing on the puppy then the puppy is getting all this on her fur and into her body once she licks herself. ChaCha!
