Can planet Kepler support life?
Astronomers on Monday reported the discovery of an Earth-like planet outside the solar system whose size and distance from its own star put it in the "habitable" zone and make for a surface temperature perhaps averaging a balmy 72 degrees. This is a planet that NASA says may support the life and vegetation.

A planet is a celestial body, apparently bigger than poor little Pluto, orbiting a star. They typically have semi-solid metalic core, and the rest of the planet can be either gaseous like Jupiter and Saturn, or more dense and solid like Earth and Mars.
