Can someone be kicked out of a house without notice if they are not on the contract and do not pay?
If a lease or rental agreement does not exist between and tenant and landlord, then the landlord has the right to evict said tenant with no notice. Without a lease or rental agreement, a person is basically trespassing - especially if they don't pay!
