Can someone move out of the house when they are 16 from Arkansas to Missouri?
In Arkansas, the age limit is 16 to move out. You can buy a house, (or rent) and it will be legal. In Missouri you can move out at 17, although the law is a bit confusing as it has a stipulation pertaining to juvenile court.
